Delivery Information

We will do our best to keep accuracy, thus, the right goods deliver to the right person.


Upon receipt of your parcel, please check

  1. The received item(s) is same as you ordered;
  2. The amount of items do match your order;
  3. Scratches, damages of parcel found;
  4. Goods are damaged.


Shipping and Customs

  1. It is all of you to take the risks and responsibilities if you choose shipment and delivery through third party agent.
  2. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.


Goods returns

  1. All refund request must be raised within 7 days of the date of parcel delivered.
  2. Before return the goods, please contact us through e-mail included order number, reasons of return, your contact information as well as photo for indicating the issues for better understanding.
  3. All return goods must be in unused condition and in good condition of packings.
  4. The return shipping costs will be responsible by the buyer.
  5. If the order is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused, the refund amount will be reduced by both the outbound and inbound actual shipping costs from the order.
  6. We will issue item exchange or refund as soon as we received your return.

  1. We have the rights of final judgement for any appeal. No prior notice upon change of above regulations and terms.
  2. For any means, color shown on screen may not match the received goods and we cannot and have no way to keep that match.
